The complete schedule of events will be available in your registration packet. At a high level, the schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday evening 9/15: Registration opens at hotel, optional meet and greet with no host wine tasting at museum 7-9 PM
- Wednesday and Thursday 9/16-17: Presentations at host hotel all day, with optional evening sessions
- Friday 9/18: Day at the museum with NP 1364 fired up, steam powered caboose rides (NP 1238, a 1908 wooden caboose & NP 1017, a 1951 steel caboose), switching NP freight train in museum yard, and photo ops. Dinner in the NP 460 diner car is included with registration fee–steak & authentically cooked baked potato
- Saturday 9/19: Swap meet, walkthrough of 7-car North Coast Limited consist, layout tours, and convention banquet
